Definitions

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the arai333 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances resulting from duplicate activity.
4. Non-Prohibited Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction in which the use of the Services is explicitly prohibited. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful is at the Player's sole risk and responsibility.
5. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion programme, whether through arai333 or another gambling operator. Attempting to register or use the Services while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration is completed via the Platform's online registration form. You must provide all required fields accurately. Upon submission, you may be required to verify your email address before your Account is fully activated. arai333 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. All activity conducted via your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify arai333 immediately via live chat support. arai333 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account, but is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification

arai333 is required to perform identity verification (KYC) procedures as a condition of operating the Platform. KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be required at any time at the Platform's discretion. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months).

Accounts that remain unverified after reasonable notice will have their withdrawal functions suspended until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. arai333 may notify the holder of an inactive Account and, where permitted by applicable regulations, may apply an administrative inactivity fee. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Deposits & Payments

5.2 Deposit Processing

Fiat deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account immediately upon successful bank authorisation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations, which may take between 10 and 60 minutes depending on network conditions. arai333 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or blockchain networks.

5.3 Player Funds

All deposited funds are held in Player accounts that are operationally segregated from the Platform's business accounts. Deposited funds are not used for operational expenses and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms. Deposits are made for the purpose of gambling only and may not be used for any other purpose.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

arai333 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Deposits that appear inconsistent with normal gambling behaviour may be subject to enhanced review, and arai333 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries.

6.4 Refused Withdrawals

arai333 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where a compliance investigation is pending. In such cases, the affected Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 7.5 Bonus Abuse

arai333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, colluding with other Players, or otherwise acting in bad faith. Any determination of bonus abuse may result in Account suspension and permanent exclusion from future promotions.

7.6 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion once only. Household, IP address, device, and payment method restrictions may apply to prevent duplicate claims.

Gameplay Rules & Conduct

8.1 Fair Play

All Players are required to engage with the Services honestly and in good faith. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to assist in gameplay — except where expressly permitted by the Platform — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, game error, or software malfunction that materially affects the outcome or display of a game or bet, arai333 reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the associated stakes. arai333 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions or communications failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League), UFC, and esports markets — are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body. Where results are disputed, delayed, or subject to official inquiry, settlement may be deferred. arai333 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity concerns, in accordance with its sports betting rules.

8.4 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing
• Exploitation of software errors or platform vulnerabilities
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Platform staff or other users
• Attempting to launder money or finance unlawful activities through the Platform
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment
• Unauthorised use of another person's Account credentials or payment methods

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Platform or its content

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement of arai333's intellectual property rights and may give rise to both civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arai333, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

arai333's total aggregate liability to any Player, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

arai333 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• Any specific game outcome, odds, or return-to-player rate will be achieved by any individual Player
• Any third-party payment processor will complete transactions within any specified timeframe

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting arai333 Customer Support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any Real Money balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending KYC and compliance checks. Accounts subject to an active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by arai333

arai333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Detection of multiple accounts or duplicate registration
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of Platform systems
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Court order or direction from a regulatory authority

Where an Account is closed by arai333 for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons without Player fault, Real Money balances will be returned.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arai333 holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, to be conducted in the English language.

This clause does not affect any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

arai333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendments are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
